Cantine San Clemente is a winery in Montefalco, in the province of Perugia, with a mission to produce excellent wines from Umbrian grape varieties, thereby respecting the environment and traditions of the region.Founded in 2008 but with forty years’ experience in the industry, Cantine San Clemente is a young and dynamic business that chooses to focus on producing high-quality wines including the famous Sagrantino di Montefalco, the company’s flagship, capable of satisfying everyone’s taste, from those with the finest and most demanding of palates to those who simply love good wine.
The wines produced by the company, distributed both in Italy and abroad, are predominantly intended for the HORECA market, such as restaurants and wine bars. The company has chosen not to sell in large retailers because they want to prioritise quality over quantity, to offer wines of ever-increasing excellence.
